  • CDL/CDLF is vertical non-self-priming multistage pump equipped with electric motor. Motor shaft is directly connected to pump shaft with coupling. Rod bolts fix pressure resistant cylinder, water flow parts between pump head and base. Water inlet and outlet keep horizon over base. Smart protector is available for protection from dry run, phase loss, overload.

    Vertical structure, inlet and outlet flanges are on the same centerline, compact structure, low area occupies, easy to install.

    Equipped with cartridge mechanical seal, easier to install and maintain while ensure sealing

    CDLF models Water flow parts made with stainless steel (CDL models main flow parts made with stainless steel), does not pollute medium, ensure long lifespan and beautiful exterior.

    Motor shaft connects with pump shaft with coupling.

    Low noise and vibration.

    Standard design with good compatibility.

    Performance Curve Explanation

    All curves are based on measured data under …………Speed. η-Q curves are measured from average values of different models. Model installed small impellers has 2% lower efficiency than shown curve of this model has normal curve. P-Q Shaft power curves represents average value of single impeller(When equipped small impeller, Pc represents normal impeller, Px represents small impeller). H-Q single stage lift curve represents average value of single impeller(When equipped small impeller, Hc represents normal impeller, Hx represents small impeller);NPSH-Q represents redundant gas pressure. When model selection, add minimum 0.5 bar for margin of safety.

    Curve tolerance satisfy standard GB/T3216-2005, appendix C.

    Measurement taken under atmosphere temperature, Non-air contained water.

    Please use recommend bold line range on charts in avoid of danger caused by the overflow or insufficient flow.

      Application

      CDL/CDLF is a multifunction product, it can be used to transit water or other industrial fluids, applicable to different temperatures, flow rate and pressure, CDL models can transit non-corrosiveness fluids and CDLF models can transit low corrosiveness fluids.

      Water supply: Transit and filter in water plant, transit between branches, pressure boost and high building pressure boost.

      Industrial pressure boost: Water treatment system, clean system, fire system, high pressure rinse system.

      Industrial fluid transit: Cooling and air condition system, boiler and condense system, lathe complement.
